Research at King's Urology Department We carry out basic and clinical research at King's College Hospital, in collaboration with our own scientists and those of other national and international laboratories. Although government funding in prostate cancer has picked up in the last year or so, there is still a crippling need for research monies to tackle this and other urological diseases. Our research programmes include: Techniques of laser prostatectomy Racial awareness and psychology of prostate cancer New methods of treating benign prostate problems Alternatives to circumcision in foreskin problems Donations If you would like to support our research in some way, please contact Peter Bishai, Department of Academic Surgery at King's College Hospital Send an email or Phone 020 7848 5872 To discuss making a donation to our research [Home][Practice details][Research][Publications][Information][Links][Referrals] Copyright (c) 1999-2001 GH Muir.
